“ I'll be sitting at the couches in the back posibly wearing a blue 2004 Olympics wind breaker jacket. You'll recognize me from my picture as well. ”
Our first meeting will involve personal introductions and a short statement of the following topics (if you choose). As well as assignment and volunteers to become asistant organizers.
We'll discuss:
Reasons for joining the group
Plan our next meeting:
Discuss places to hold regular meetings, times and frequency
Share experiences you've had in learning or being involved in Greek culture.
Our first meeting will be in Roslindale since it's close to West Roxbury but the day and time of future meetings will be discussed.
PLEAS RSVP so I KNOW the # or PEOPLE COMING THEN I CAN RESCHEDULE THE LOCATION IF WE END UP HAVING MORE PEOPLE THAN ANTICIPATED. Future meeting times and location can be decided upon each meeting.
I would also like to decide on an assistant organizer for events. Please contact me if you have any problems or questions.

“ Although we only had 3 people attend including myself we came up with some good ideas and Peter and Lou provided great information on online resources available to group members interested in practicing greek and learning about Greece. They will be posted on the site so make sure you enable to receive updates on site postings. I will post sites for streaming live greek radio and television. I brought a framed poster of one of the pictures I took of the island of Kefalonia to the meeting to share but some of them are posted on the site as well. ” -
